Our goal is to provide an even more accessible location to acquire the forms, guides, and resources you will need for summer camp. As time goes by, necessary updates will occur to specific forms while others shall remain timeless. If you see a camp form or manual that you do not see on line, please e-mail me. If you're not sure how to download the forms and manuals for printing, Click Here. Some items are designed to be filled out online. Using the Reader you may click in certain parts of the form and type in them and the print them - possibly saving some time for you. An "*" by a form represents one you can fill out on line.

Troop Forms, Manuals & Applications Download Instructions

If you don’t have Adobe Acrobat (any version), installed on your computer, then download it by selecting the Get Adobe Acrobat Reader icon above which will transport you to Adobe’s web page for downloading. You’ll have to select either Apple or IBM compatible format. It may be a zip or self extracting file. In either case, get that loaded on your system. Now come back here and select a form, application, or manual. You’ll see the form in document in front of you. Just print it! If it doesn’t, and instead asks you to pick an application to associate it with within Netscape or Internet Explorer, select Adobe Acrobat Reader.  The executable for IBM is acroread.exe. Then it will run and the Adobe Acrobat Splash Screen will come up and you’re in business.  Just click print and here's your form to xerox and share with all your friends.
