What
information we know about you and how we use it

Although we may collect certain information from you as discussed
below, please be reassured in knowing the following:
- We will not disclose any of your personal information to anyone
under any circumstances.
- We will always give you the opportunity to access and correct
your personal information at any time.
- We will not disclose your application status without your

There are many areas on our Web site where we either require or permit
you to enter personal information voluntarily. We use this personal
information only for the specific purpose specified at the time you
input such information. For example, you enter your email address to
subscribe to our newsletter. Your information is logged once and
we only refer to your email address when sending the newsletter you
opted to receive.

Aside from any information you may actively disclose to us, there is
other, less obvious, information which we obtain from you. We may use
such information for internal purposes like tracking you visit on our
Web pages or storing cookies* to identify you when you
return. In addition, we may track your account history
regarding your participation on the Web site. (using cookies)

Our system automatically collects information about the areas visitors
frequent on our Web site. We use these traffic logs to determine
trends on our website, usage statistics, and error problems.
Furthermore the logs are used to track where each visitor came from,
and what syntax of events brought you to our site. Some usage
statistics may be shared with our affiliates, or other potential
partners, but in doing so, it is not our practice to disclose
statistics about individual users.
IP Addresses: An IP address
identifies the location of a node on a network. The internet is
just a huge network so everyone that is holding an active connection
has a unique IP address. Our server logs your IP address during
your visit, and your IP address is logged in our database when you
submit any information across our website. These addresses are
never used to identify you as a user, or ever recalled again for that
matter. However, we can and will use IP addresses to identify a
user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our rules
or terms of service or to protect our service, site, users or others.
Computer Information: We query
your computer automatically for information about the computer or
operating system you are using such as the baud rate of your modem or
error messages you may have received. We may do so in order to fit our
services to your individual needs and to diagnose problems you may be
having with our Web site. We do not log this information in any
databases; all computer information is found only in the server
logs.
Geographic Location: We may gather
information about your geographical location by determining where your
computer is located. We do this in order to provide either localized
service or to provide faster service by sending your server localized
content.
Security Information: The
importance of security is a top priority for us. Chief
Logan Reservation has a department full of Internet Technologists
working everyday to monitor our systems and improve our
security. All of your data is handled only by authorized
personnel and our database servers have a backup system to prevent
loss of data. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet
can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and we will not be held liable
should a third party illegally obtain your personal information during
internet submission. Our
staff takes pride in the level of security they are able to establish
with out using SSL. Although SSL is going to be implemented in
the future to provide real time 128-bit encryption, this measure is
not necessary. Our network is secure, and constantly being
monitored for suspicious activity. I trust our technologists
everyday with a wealth of information related with this
company.
